Beach Bar Refurbishment Las Yucas

The refurbishment of the Beach Bar Las Yucas is the project designed by Postigo Arquitectos for the architectural competition organised by the Council of Benalmadena.

The architectural firm Postigo Arquitectos is found winner of such competition, proposing a scheme focused on improving the interior of the building, as well as its surroundings.

Aware changes with the local flora are suggested for the surroundings, whereas the amendments for the interior of the existing building consist of optimising its layout.

The construction has got three storeys: the first floor is designed to be a café, the ground floor is used as a restaurant, and the basement contains the kitchen, laundry, storeroom, among other services. On the basement level, an external terrace with marvellous sea views is proposed as a chillout area.
